I’m so glad you’re here! I'm Grace, and I’m passionate about sharing the powerful benefits of Breathwork, Bodywork, and Energywork. These practices have completely transformed my life, and I believe that they can do the same for you.
I offer a range of sessions that can be blended together or focused on a single practice – whatever feels right for you. Breathwork, Bodywork, and Energywork all work in their own unique ways, drawing on the body's innate wisdom to heal and create powerful shifts.
These therapies work on many levels and can support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-awareness. I offer a safe, compassionate space for healing and transformation through 1:1 sessions, group journeys, and tailored Breathwork programs. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice using a continuous, flowing breath, without pauses between the inhale and exhale. This simple rhythm quiets the mind and activates deeper layers of awareness, helping to release stored stress, tension, and emotion.

Bodywork
The body remembers what the mind may have forgotten. Experiences we haven’t fully processed like grief, fear, anger, overwhelm can settle into the body as tension, restriction, or numbness.
Over time, this holding forms layers of protection, often described as ‘armour,’ shaping the way we move, feel, and meet life. These patterns can live in the fascia, the muscles, and deep within the nervous system, quietly influencing our sense of safety and connection.
In bodywork sessions, I use a sensitive blend of pressure points, fascial release, and somatic movement to meet these places with presence and care. Working closely with the breath, we invite the body to soften, unwind, and remember it's natural rhythm.
This isn’t about forcing change, it’s about listening to what your body is ready to let go of.

Energy Healing
Beneath the physical and beyond the mind, we are energy. Life experiences can disrupt it's natural flow, creating blocks or disconnection from ourselves and the world around us.
Energy work offers a subtle yet profound way to restore balance. Through light touch, presence, and intuition, I work with your energetic field to support clearing, grounding, and reconnection.
Jikiden Reiki is a traditional form of Japanese energy healing, rooted in simplicity, purity, and the natural capacity of the body to heal itself.
Jikiden means “directly passed down,” and this lineage honours the original teachings of Reiki as practiced in Japan before Western influences.
Using gentle hands-on healing, Jikiden Reiki supports the flow of life force energy (ki) through the body, helping to release energetic stagnation and activate the body’s own healing intelligence.
Sessions are deeply calming, often bringing a sense of spaciousness, clarity, and peace. Reiki can work on physical ailments, emotional imbalances, and mental fatigue, and is suitable for anyone seeking gentle yet powerful support.
