REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY

At Breathing with Grace, we value your commitment to your breathwork journey and understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to honour both your time and ours, and to maintain the integrity of our scheduling and preparation for sessions and events.

1. Cancellations and Refunds for 1:1 Sessions
1.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one session, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in order to issue a full refund or to transfer your booking to a new date.
1.2. If you cancel within 24–48 hours of your scheduled session, you will receive a 50% refund.
1.3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or non-attendance without notice, are non-refundable.
1.4. We offer one opportunity to reschedule a session with less than 48 hours’ notice, at our discretion, but this must be requested in writing.

2. Workshops, Group Events, and Courses
2.1. For group workshops or events, cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice will be eligible for a full refund.
2.2. Cancellations made within 3–7 days of the event may receive a 50% refund, depending on the circumstances and whether your place can be filled.
2.3. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before a workshop or group event.
2.4. In the case of multi-session courses, refunds are not available once the course has started.

3. Our Right to Cancel or Reschedule
3.1. In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, workshop, or event, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
3.2. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur (e.g., travel, accommodation).

To request a refund or to notify us of a cancellation, please email breathingwithgrace@yahoo.com with your full name, the date and time of your booking, and reason for the request. We will aim to respond within 2 business days.
